And I really want to thank the children and the young people for the rendition. 00:14 Wasn't that great? And the young lady who has composed a song. 00:21 and plays a guitar. 00:27 I'm so glad to see that happen and for them to be able to find expression. And so we're very, very grateful. So the theme for the year is breaking out of limitations. 00:40 We want to challenge ourselves this year that whatever limitation is there, we are breaking out of it. 00:47 Tell your neighbor, I'm breaking out of limitations, whatever they are. 00:52 Tell them even if they don't believe you, just tell them, now I'm breaking out of limitations. 00:57 Yeah. 00:57 There are a lot of things that limit us, and sometimes we limit ourselves. And so we've been standing there for the entire, this is going to be a theme for the entire year. This month, we were speaking under the subtitle, a never give up attitude. Amen. 01:16 And we're basing that on Galatians 6, verse 9, which I'm going to ask you to read with us, please. 01:23 Galatians 6, verse 9. I'm going to read the English Standard Version, get up on the other versions as well. It reads as follows. 01:32 And let us not grow weary in doing good. 01:38 For in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. So we've explained that text, that Paul is using this because he's addressing... 01:52 A people that were his spiritual children. This particular church in Galatia was founded by Paul, led by Paul. These Christians, when they started in their journey, on their journey, they were very exuberant, vibrant. As little now, young people, they had vim, vigor, and vitality, and va-va-voom. Amen. But for whatever reason, they got discouraged on their path. Somehow they defected, walked away from the faith. 02:24 Paul writes to them in Galatians 4.19, My little children, of whom I travail in Beth again until Christ be formed in you. He's saying, I'm praying for you. I keep you in my prayers. I think about you all the time. Because my desire is for Christ to be formed in you. That means my desire is for you to live in the fullness of who you are in Christ. That your outward life should be representative of the inward change that God has brought in your heart. 02:57 Then he writes later to them and says to them, you are doing well, but who has hindered you? You are walking well. You are doing well. You are living for God. You are following Christ. But who has hindered you? The one who had hindered them are people who came to bring erroneous doctrine. They were teaching them something else other than what Paul had taught. And Paul writes them and says, if even an angel was to come to you and preach another gospel, let that angel be accursed. And so Paul is really trying to help these Christians not to move away from their faith. 03:34 He's trying to help them to stay on their path and not get tired of doing good. He's saying, you know, some of you, you're getting discouraged on your path. You're walking away from God. But what you don't realize is that you just can't reap any time. You will reap in due season. Amen. And you will only reap if you don't lose heart. This expression, if you don't become weary, when it says let us not be weary, it can also be articulated as follows. 04:04 In doing beautiful things, don't turn coward. Don't lose heart. Don't tire like someone who's going on and up here. When you meet difficult grounds, don't allow weakness and infirmity of heart to cause you to give up. 04:22 They give up on their walk with God. They give up on their vision. They give up on their projects. Many people give up in ministry. You know, by God's grace, I've been a pastor now for 43 years. And you know, for me, it's something I know, you know, and thank God for the grace, by the way. It's not because we're that good, you know. But it's all because of the grace of God. And the reality by Jesus is not many people who start finish You know, I was trying to make this survey in Bible school. I went to two Bible colleges. 04:54 One of the colleges in a class of first year, we were 250 students. And every one of us, we said God has called us. Every one of us. We said we were called by God. How many of you are sitting next to people who like to say those type of things? And everybody there said that they are doing what they are doing because they believe God has called them to do it. 05:28 As I've tried to check over the years, right, in the first 10 years of us having graduated from Bible school, there were only 10 of us who were still in the ministry. 05:41 All the other 240 people. 05:44 Just didn't pursue ministry. As I speak now, there's almost less than 10 of us, about five of us. And everybody at that time said, God call them. So the issue was, Alana, is not to start. The issue is to finish. 05:59 Yeah, it's easy to come up with goals. You know, New Year's coming, you know, New Year's time, we will rejoice as pastors because our churches are full to the brim. Amen. 06:11 People come. 06:13 That's in January. But come February... 06:34 Come March. 06:36 Come June. Many people start on programs, gym programs, diet programs. People start on a road to recovery and people don't last. 06:50 People don't last. What happens? We become weary. 06:53 We get tired. 06:55 Paul says don't get weary. Don't get tired. 06:59 He says you'll only reap if you don't faint. 07:03 if you don't faint. 07:05 So in doing beautiful things, we mustn't turn coward. 07:10 In doing beautiful things, we mustn't portray cowardice. 07:14 Almost like taking up, whipping up the flag of surrender. Don't whip up the flag of surrender. Don't faint. One translation says we mustn't faint. We mustn't tire in the soul. 07:26 It says in due season we will reap if we faint not. Today I want to focus on this expression due season. 07:33 Because already we've learned several things the last few weeks. Just a reminder, just a recap. Number one, we talked about the laws of the harvest. Law number one, you reap only what you sow. 07:44 Law number two, you reap the same in kind as you sow. We call it the law of identification. Law number three, you reap more than you sow. We call it the law of multiplication. Law number four, you reap in a different season. Okay. 08:10 We've gone through this. You reap in a different season. It's not number five. You reap if you don't get weary in doing good. And so today, we're going to explore the concept of reaping in due season. Tell your neighbor, you're going to reap. 08:24 In due season. Tell them, even if you're not convincing, you're going to reap in due season. Tell them. Tell the other one, you're going to reap in due season. 08:38 The text, Barcelona, guarantees harvest. 08:43 If what you have comes from God, God guarantees harvest. 08:48 In the sense, the harvest is guaranteed. However, much as it's guaranteed, there are T's and C's. 08:56 Terms and conditions. 08:58 Yeah. Harvest is guaranteed on condition that you don't get weary. 09:05 on condition that you don't stop doing what's good. But the due season is coming. As long as we don't get tired in doing good, with the understanding that the due season is coming, our harvest will manifest in due season. 09:20 The phrase due season in our text focuses on several things. Number one, it focuses on us having to trust God's timing. 09:30 We must trust God's timing. Sometimes, you know, we get impatient. 09:35 When we have visions, when we have dreams, we're not trying to do something. And I know, unfortunately, we're living in a world where everything is quick today. AI does things that quick. 09:50 Right? We live in an era where Speeds, I mean, we've broken speeds and we want everything faster. Everything's quicker now. It's not like those days. I mean, communication is instant. Today we get instant news. I mean, social media, when something happened, you know, you don't even have to tell people. What happened? 10:13 The news has gone before you. So we live in that era. Now, there's nothing wrong with improvement in technology, in efficiency. The only problem is this harried attitude can seep into the way we want to do life. 10:28 There are things in life you can't get overnight. 10:33 There are certain disciplines in life, certain things that you're not going to be able to build overnight. Never. 10:40 Never. 10:42 Never. 10:43 There is value in process. There's value in things taking a long time, such that you stay the course, and you don't get tired, and you don't get weary. 10:55 I see it in ministry all the time. There's no way you can have a ministry like this and have people come like this when the leaders here didn't work for long. 11:06 Strong hours, many meetings, many prayer sessions, many goals. They try this, they do this, they meet, they do all kinds of things. No way, you're not going to have this. Unfortunately, we're living in a world that says to us, you don't have to work hard, you must just work smart. 11:27 Work smart. There are certain things, if you fast track them, you will not be able to handle them. We see it when people... People who never learned the discipline of handling their rents and cents and little money, you know. 11:49 And when all of a sudden you are so rich and you didn't grow into it... 11:59 But we see other people on, I blew it. 12:12 What happened? 12:15 Their riches didn't come through process. Now I'm not saying there's anything wrong in being lucky like that. 12:22 But if you don't grow into a certain capacity, you will never know how to handle it. 12:29 This is what we see sometimes when things are handed over. A big business is given to a child who never learned to serve in that business. 12:41 He just woke up one morning. He was the CEO of a multi-billion rands company. 12:48 And the brother hasn't worked. 12:53 What happens? He runs it into the ground. 12:57 Why? Because of people wanting things quickly. We've got to trust God's timing. We also learn in this text the importance of patience. 13:08 Patience is not only but patience only talks about being consistent. There are times when you become consistent with what you do even if you don't see the results. 13:21 Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Many of you, you know it. When you go to the gym, and you're trying to deal with that big one-pack. 13:32 And when I have six-pack, you know how it is, right? You work hard there. How many of you know? So you have to get to a point where you work and work and work, even if you don't see any difference. 13:49 Even when you don't see any difference, you've got to stay patient. 13:52 You've got to keep going. You're running a business. You're doing everything. 13:57 You're making a loss. 13:59 More than a profit. With all your plans. 14:02 But it's not working. Look at everybody and say, I don't know why. 14:09 The third thing is we learn in this text that we need to continue to do good while waiting for the harvest. Because due season is coming. 14:23 Ah, tell your neighbor, your due season is coming. 14:26 Yeah, tell them your due season is coming. Yeah, your due season is coming. It's coming. It's coming. If you faint not. Now, that expression, due season, I went to different translations of the Bible. You know, like looking at different translations. And look at that due season. What have they translated it as? Because, you know, the Bible is, you know, the New Testament is translated from Greek. And when you look into the words, the one word in Greek, you know, it's such a rich language. You know, Greek is like our African languages. 14:56 You know, African languages are so rich. 14:59 in expressions that sometimes to be able to explain in another language, you must use a whole paragraph. I mean, can you try to say it in English? I had somebody try to say it in English. He says, whatever doesn't come to an end is wonderful. 15:23 But all these similes and synonyms and wise sayings, they come from a background. 15:32 You know, you can't just use one word. We must explain the whole context. What are we talking about? 15:47 What do we mean? And we explain that. So, you know, the Greek language is that rich. 15:51 So English doesn't do justice to it. So that expression, due season, has a number of meanings. The Moffat translation says, at the opportune time. So the due season is the moment of opportunity. 16:06 It's like an open door. It's like a window of, we use the term, a window of opportunity. And by the way, the word opportunity has a history to it. 16:21 The NIV says, at the proper time, I'm showing you the different translations of the word deucism. So the due season is an opportune season. The NIV says the proper time. The New Living Translation, it says at the right time. 16:36 Wow. 16:38 The contemporary English Bible says in time. 16:42 The Passion Translation says for the season of reaping the harvest you've planted is coming is the word season. 16:50 Now, there are other texts in the Bible. I'm not going to read them. 16:55 where they make reference to this due season concept. 17:00 All right? 17:02 One of them, we're going to make reference to it. We're going to look at it today. 17:06 But one of the expressions used is the fullness of time. 17:12 It's such a suggestive term. 17:14 The fullness of time. 17:18 You find that in Galatians 4.4, Mark 1.15, and Ephesians 1.10. 17:24 All right. Galatians 4, 4, Mark 1, 15, Ephesians 1, 10. The fullness of time. Mudimwarona is a God who works in the fullness of time. 17:35 In the fullness of time, you reap. 17:39 In the fullness of time, you get what you're looking for. 17:44 Also, the word due time. 17:47 Loaded word. Due time. 1 Peter 5, 26. Due time. 17:57 We use this often in many ways, but, you know, we have a young congregation here that's getting married, and they're getting children, and the lady gets pregnant. When is the due time? Third trimester? 18:29 Yeah. 18:33 So what we are explaining is that we are expecting something to be born. 18:40 But as you know, even if the skin, it's only the baby and God who know the right date. 18:51 Yeah. Yeah. 18:53 Due time. God has a due time. And how many of you know, once that baby lodges in the birth canal, nothing can stop that baby from being born. 19:09 In the same way, once your vision lodges in your spiritual birth canal, nobody can stop that from coming to pass in your life because there's a due season. 19:20 Oh yeah. 19:23 So unless the due season comes and Mama Ali due and the time of birth comes, she can't give birth unless it gets induced. 19:32 But when we allow the due time to come, everything kicks into motion. 19:38 In a due season, God orchestrates that everything kicks into motion. Even when everything around you has been failing, all of a sudden, new life is getting born in your life. I see new life getting born in your life in the goodness of God. 19:54 Oh, wow. 19:56 Due time. 19:58 And then we have in 1 Corinthians 16, 9, the opportune time. 20:04 Paul says, I went there and I saw an opportune time. He says, there was a door opened for me. 20:11 I love the way he says, it's an effectual door. 20:15 It's a door of labor. It's an opportunity of effectiveness. I may have gone through three years, not be able to show anything for my labor. I may have gone through 10 years, not been able to do anything, not been able to show anything for my hard work. But all of a sudden, God kicks me into that moment. Amen. 20:37 Where it's a moment of effectual labor. 20:41 Where you move into another realm of work. 20:45 Where your results are incremental. Your results are compound results. 20:51 Where in one day God does what could have happened in one year. 20:57 You've moved into due season. 21:00 Tell your neighbor, I see my due season coming around the corner. It's coming. It's coming. 21:08 And then we have, in Ecclesiastes 3.1, the set time. To everything there is time. To everything there is a set time. I'm here to tell you, and when the set time comes, When the sad time comes, when we look at you, you don't look the same as you looked a moment ago. 21:50 Is busy changing the seasons in your life. You don't understand what happened. And I'm going to show you. You don't understand what happened. But the key is don't get tired in doing what's right. 22:03 Don't get tired in doing what is right. 22:06 Why? Because the Fullness of time. 22:11 The due time. 22:13 The opportune time. 22:15 The set time. 22:17 And then at Leicester 3.11, God makes everything beautiful in its time. 22:25 So we have the proper time. 22:31 God makes that promise. 22:34 You will reap in due season. 22:40 It's the exact time. 22:42 It's the right time. 22:44 It's the set time. 22:46 It's the proper time. 22:48 It's the fullness of time. 22:50 But remember, it's God who owns that time. 22:57 He doesn't tell you it's a name. 23:00 He just tells you don't get tired in doing what's right. 23:04 He tells you you'll not be where you are forever. 23:09 Don't start writing about your life. Don't start counting yourself out. And when you see other people overtaking you, your time is coming. 23:19 It's only that it is their time. I mean, we were soon moving into springtime. 23:25 You'll see some of the trees already have started blossoming. 23:30 But some of the trees haven't blossomed theirs yet. 23:33 Because their time of fruitfulness and their set time is not the same. It's in the hands of, oh, you're not hearing what I'm saying. 23:42 That's why you need to learn to praise other people when you see them achieved before you. 23:48 You must learn to praise them when you see them. Baba promoted before you. When you see them buying a car before you and having a house before you. Oh, now you are getting quiet on me. 24:05 Learn to praise them. 24:09 I think the most difficult thing is to watch your friend overtake you. 24:15 Or somebody in the family. 24:22 But what you haven't realized is that it's just your season. 24:29 Their season has come. 24:32 But their season came because they didn't get tired in doing what's good. 24:38 So let me give you a few exhortations. 24:42 So Paul borrows this expression and likens this whole spiritual process and uses it side by side with farming. 24:55 Farmers must wait patiently after planting seeds before their crops can come. 25:04 Once you put the seed in the ground, The seed is divinely encoded by God. 25:14 That if you put it in the proper environment, it starts growing. 25:19 You don't have to tell the seed to grow. You don't have to pray for the seed to grow. You don't have to do anything. 25:24 Just put the seed in the proper environment. 25:30 And if you are wise, because you understand that even after you've put the seed in the proper environment, it doesn't pop up immediately. 25:40 It doesn't. 25:41 You know that. 25:43 So if you were to go back to where you planted the seed, If you know what you did and if you trust the seed, you don't let anybody trample on that spot. 26:01 You don't allow weeds to grow around that spot. 26:05 Are you there somebody? What you do is you create an enabling environment by watering and putting fertilizer because you know the seed has the power. The seed has the power. The seed has the power. The seed has the power to grow on its own. 26:24 All it needs is an environment. 26:27 Same with your dream. 26:31 Same with what God has told you. 26:34 Do what's right. 26:37 Create the environment. 26:40 Leave the rest to God. Because in due season, it pops up. 26:48 Yeah. 26:50 It's quite sad when you see people, therefore, not waiting for the seed to grow, abandoning the garden to go and do something else because this is not working. 27:02 Many people have started projects that never get anywhere. 27:08 People who just go two months, one month mole, three months mole, two days mole, five days mole. 27:19 but they have nothing to show. 27:24 Nothing to show. 27:26 Why? Because they have an impatient spirit about themselves. 27:32 They are not understanding that there's nothing in this life of substance that can be built with a hurried spirit. 27:44 You've got to submit yourself to the process of farmers. 27:51 Who water and plant. 27:57 Who work in dust and get dirty. 28:01 And work for long hours. 28:05 And there's a period where there's nothing to show. 28:10 But you're going to trust the seed. 28:12 I'm here to tell you there's something more stronger than the seed of a farmer. It's the seed of God's promise. Amen. 28:20 It's the seed of God's word. It's the seed of God's vision. If God has told you about it. 28:26 If God has said it in your life, it will come to pass. One day is one day. It will come to pass. What you must do is put yourself in the right environment. Do everything necessary to make sure you water the seed. You look after the seed. You speak good about the seed. You work for the seed. You direct all your energy to the seed. You work. There's days when you can't have anything to show. The due season is coming. Can I hear a good amen? Amen. 28:56 I'm going to show you something towards the end about prophecies. And the young people mentioned it. I hope it will encourage some of you. 29:04 I hope it will help give perspective to how God is working. 29:08 So here's the food exhortation, things I want to say to you. Number one, your harvest will surely manifest when the due season is at hand. 29:18 Therefore, don't get tired of planting the right seeds. 29:26 At the same time, if you are seeing any fruit of your labor right now, continue in doing good, continue planting, so that you put yourself in a continuous season of harvest. 29:39 You know, there are people when things start working, then they stop planting. 29:43 People come to church, they pray, they follow God, things start working. 29:47 They get piece of art, and then they stop. Then they stop. 29:58 See, if you want a bumper crop like the farmers do, what you do is, you sow in different fields. You sow here, and after six months, you sow there. 30:10 After six months, you sow over there. 30:13 Many of you, if you drive down to Mpumalanga, I don't know what area is that, just before the Rikena Ka Mbombela, you know, wherein you pass through all these trees. I can say, it's a rubber. 30:27 Yeah, it's actually the area of Sabi. Yeah, thank you. If you go to Sabi, you'll note that when they harvest those trees there, they don't harvest the entire ground. What the farmers have done is this. At different times. 30:49 Why? Because they want to put themselves in a stage where when one place doesn't have anything, the other place has got to harvest. When they harvest here, Anna is three-thirds to the way of harvest. So that cycle, you want to put yourself in that. Spiritually, it's the same. 31:10 That's why it says you mustn't get tired in doing good. Don't be weary. Don't be weary in praying. Don't stop praying because one prayer has been answered. 31:22 Don't stop giving because one act of giving has been answered. 31:26 Don't stop working hard. Keep on doing that because you want to put yourself in that cycle where you continue to reap. 31:34 Can I hear a good amen in the house? 31:36 Amen. 31:37 If you are not seeing any fruit of your labor right now, continue doing good. 31:41 Continue planting what's good. Why? Because the harvest is coming. Galatians 6.9, let us not be weary in well-doing, for in due season we will reap you from fainting. Number two, in the due season, the long-awaited purpose of God gets fulfilled. 31:59 I love it. I want to show you something here, Pazalan. This is, you know, when I was reading this, I was jumping around at home. 32:07 You know, those of you who prepare summons, you know. Do you preach to yourself? I preach to myself all the time. And I wake up preaching. 32:15 I preach myself. I'm preaching to myself. I even say amen better than all of you. And I say amen to myself. 32:22 Let me show you something. This will encourage you. 32:27 There's no purpose of God. 32:30 No mission of God that will be destroyed by satanic influence. Amen. 32:42 God's purpose will come to pass in due time. 32:52 I've got to read this, and you've got to allow me to give you the whole background, otherwise you won't fully appreciate Galatians 4.4. See, Galatians 4.4 is just a statement made there. 33:09 But the background thereof goes all the way back to Genesis chapter 3. 33:16 So allow me. I won't read everything. 33:19 But I'll narrate it so that you can appreciate it. Tell your neighbor, God's purpose in your life will get fulfilled in Jew season. 33:34 Colossians 4 says, but when the fullness of time was come, that fullness of time is due season. 33:43 When the fullness of time was come, God sent forth his son. 33:51 I love this. 33:52 Made of a woman, underline that. 33:56 Made under the law. 33:58 Meaning, Jesus was born in the fullness of time. 34:07 Mara, let's check something. This will help you. 34:13 In the Garden of Eden, when man sinned and fell into sin, and God's purpose for man was interrupted, God speaks to the serpent, to Satan, and says, because you have done this to mankind, you snake, you will crawl on your belly all your life. 34:44 You'll eat dust. 34:48 And he says, you are cursed above all cattle. 34:53 Upon your belly you'll eat dust all the days of your life. And then verse 15 says, And I'll put enmity between thee and the woman. Watch it. 35:05 And between thy seed and her seed. Underline that. Her seed shall bruise your head. 35:18 And you shall bruise his heel. 35:22 God is declaring that this power that you got from Adam and Eve is going to be taken away from you. 35:34 The expression bruise your head. The head is the seat of power. 35:41 When you kill a snake, you hit it on the head. 35:46 And it's dead. 35:48 So God says the seed of the woman is coming, it's going to crush your head. 35:55 So already God is already telling that there's somebody who's going to be born. But note, already God is giving an indication that the one who's coming is going to be the seed of a woman. Now in the Bible, childbirth is not referred to as the seed of a woman. Amen. 36:16 The woman doesn't carry the seed. It's the man that carries the seed. 36:20 Ah, you're not hearing. 36:22 So God is already telling us, this one who is going to be born is going to be born by a woman without the help of a man. 36:33 And this one who's going to be born of a woman without the help of the man is the very one who's going to crush the head of the serpent. 36:45 And so from the book of Genesis, all the way through until the birth of Christ, which is hundreds and hundreds of years, it seemed like the promise will never happen. 37:01 Because the people that God wanted to use as the remnant through which Jesus would be born, Satan would intercept their lives. 37:12 They would either turn away from God or get corrupted. But God is always one step ahead. 37:19 God would always make sure he preserves somebody who hasn't bowed their knee, who hasn't gone for the wrong way. Because God wants to make sure that the seed of the woman is born. 37:33 So when you read the Bible, you see, you know, in the Old Testament, you know, the prophets came, Isaiah came, the seed is coming. Jeremiah came, said the seed is coming. Amos came and said the seed is coming. Joel came and said the seed is coming. Malachi came and said the seed is coming. And then we went into a period that is called the Dark Ages. Amen. 37:53 Where in the description of the Bible, there was no prophet in the land. There was no voice of God in the land. It looked like the plan of God has been frustrated. It looked like what God has promised will never happen. It looks like this promise of the seed of the woman is not happening. But let me tell you, when it looks like God is not working, usabens are underground. 38:19 Because remember, God is much more wiser than the devil. God knows more than anybody. God knows the end from the beginning. He is the ancient of days. He is the omniscient God. He is the all-wise, all-powerful God. He does things over and above anything we can ask for things. 38:41 And that's why in the book of Matthew, after Jesus was born, the religious leaders were running around. And Pharaoh said, where the baby is, because to go and worship him. It was the devil working through this guy because he wanted to go and kill the child. But even before Pharaoh could come, even before Herod could come rather, God already spoke to the wise men. God already spoke to the children of our Savior, Lord Jesus Christ. 39:14 He said, Joseph, take the child. Go away with the child. Take the child to Egypt because there's one who's trying to kill him. I'm here to tell you, the promise of God in your life can be interrupted, but it will never be destroyed. Can I hear a good amen? It will never be destroyed. Amen. So this verse says, when the fullness of time had come, which means God's plan in your life may be interrupted. 39:44 God's plan about you, God's vision about your life might be momentarily interrupted. Mara, it cannot be deleted. 39:54 It may take long to get there. Mara, get there. You're going to get there in the name of Jesus. It may take long to see the fulfillment of something. 40:05 One day is one day. Can I hear an amen in the house? 40:11 There's this thing called the fullness of time. 40:15 The fullness of time. 40:20 In fact, if you want to know this, the Bible calls Jesus, the lamb that was slain before the foundation of the world. 40:40 Are you telling me even before God created the world, and even before he created Adam and Eve, even before he put them in the Garden of Eden, he had already made provision for their redemption when things go wrong. 40:59 The lamb slain before the foundation. Even if your situation happened, That's why I love that song that we're singing. It's Psalms chapter 90. Yeah. 41:22 That psalm was written by Moses. 41:31 And he is reflecting on God and on the journey he has had with God. 41:43 What is he saying? He's saying, everything, it has a beginning. The earth has a beginning. The mountains have the beginning. Human beings have the beginning. 42:01 Which means this, Baselana, even before you came into the world, God knew about your life. God knew about your problems. And God made a provision that whatever problem will come your way, he has made a way of escape for you. Can I hear an amen? 42:18 And God has the fullness of time. 42:22 Fullness of time. 42:25 In Titus chapter 1, From verse 1, I'm reading the Passion Translation. 42:31 He writes to Titus, he says from Paul, God's willing slave and an apostle of Jesus, the anointed one, to Titus. 42:40 I'm writing you to feather the faith of God's chosen ones and lead them to the full knowledge of the truth that leads to godliness. 42:48 Watch, which rests on the hope of eternal life. I love the next one. God who never lies. 42:58 if God said I'm going to do this in your life he never lies it's not because he lied it's only because maybe Satan don't get weary in doing well don't stop what you're doing keep on going to the God who never lies who has promised us this before time began Verse 3 are in his own time. 43:27 In his due time. 43:29 In his proper time. 43:31 He unveils his word. 43:34 Some of you may have dreams that have died. 43:39 Maybe you have buried it. 43:43 When? 43:45 What I resuscitate. 43:47 Yeah. 43:55 When he take the prophet Ezekiel to the valley of dry bones. 44:04 And the bones are dry. That's a sign. There's no hope. Are you understand what I'm saying? There's no hope. Son of man, can these bones live again? I see God saying to your vision, son of man, daughter of man, can this vision live again? Can these bones leave again? Can this marriage leave again? Can this business leave again? Can this church leave again? Can this school leave again? Can this young person leave again? 44:40 It's not because he doesn't know the answer. 44:48 It's because he's trying to bring you into alignment. 44:51 He's trying to strike something. Who are a son of man. Even if you are surrounded by something dead. These bones can live again. 45:06 Who is it who has dry bones in their lives? Who is it who has dry bones in their marriage? Dry bones in your business? Dry bones in your church? These bones will live again. You know why? If God promised you. 45:20 If God promised you, if God promised you in the fullness of time, it is going to come to pass. Maybe you didn't see victory yesterday. Maybe you didn't see victory today. Mara, your day is coming. Tell your neighbor, your day is coming. Your day is coming. Your day is coming. 45:42 And finally, as I close, the due season This one I enjoyed. Bishop, I enjoyed it. 45:54 When I was preparing it. 45:56 Because I didn't see this all along. 46:01 In the Jewcism, it comes on things that God has declared over your life prophetically. 46:13 You know, it's unfortunate. He's been abused. 46:23 And unfortunately, that type of abuse makes us coil from something valuable that God wants us to have. I'll talk about this more in the coming months. 46:50 But I've recently really considered a lot about prophecy. 47:01 And prophecy, if I may say, I'm not necessarily talking about something futuristic. 47:08 You don't have . 47:12 But prophecy, rightfully, prophecy has many meanings. But one of the meanings of prophecy in the New Testament is an inspired utterance. 47:22 You speak by divine inspiration into your life. 47:28 And very often, in times of prayer, reading a word, God gives you insight and inspires you about what's coming in your life. 47:40 That's what I'm talking about. 47:42 There are things that God has burned in your heart. God wants to do in your life. You carry them in your life. You know this is going to happen. You know this is what you want to give yourself to. 47:52 Sometimes it comes out in prayer. I don't have a lot of time to develop this thought in explaining. 47:58 But let me go back to the children as they were talking here because for a while I became a bit emotional listening to them. 48:08 And please, I'm only telling this story to encourage you. 48:12 not as status and not in any way to portray any form of super spirituality. 48:21 I went to Bible school in 1980. I was fairly young at the time, 19 years old. 48:29 And at our school, we used to have a room where we used to go and pray in the morning. 48:38 But God's grace, a discipline that one has carried right into my old age, which I would advise you young people and all of us to develop a strong foundation of spending time in the presence of God. Not asking for anything. 48:59 Not asking for anything. 49:01 But just praying. 49:02 What the Bible talks about, refers to, we referred to it yesterday, waiting. 49:09 Book of Isaiah, they that wait On the Lord. 49:14 This is exactly what Jesus told the people in the book of Acts. We're going to make reference to it. Go to Jerusalem and wait for the promise of the Father. 49:25 The biblical term of waiting is not like when it's a bus or when it's a taxi. 49:32 But you are waiting in a state of prayerfulness. 49:38 You are in God's presence praying, reading his word. 49:43 listening to his voice. 49:46 You're not saying God do anything. You're just there in his presence. Like Moses went up onto the mountain, and he was there getting the Ten Commandments, and he was in the presence of God for 40 days. 50:00 And there's something about that, that when you are in God's presence, that's why I appreciate the worship. You know, when we take time to worship and raise our hands, why do we do that? We're not doing that just as part of the program. Ah-ah. 50:11 We want to usher people into an environment. You have to hear what God says to you as an individual. 50:21 Something that God burns in your heart. Something where you are in a service where when you leave, you may not be able to explain everything, but you are no longer the same person anymore. 50:33 And I remember one morning, in my heart, I got to know through prophecy that the kind of ministry that God was calling me into. 50:46 That as I move into ministry, I would see churches growing, we'd plant churches, and so on and so on and so on. 50:55 Let me say this, Baselon. 50:57 It took many, many, many years for the fulfillment of that. 51:05 The beginning of that only started in the 90s. 51:10 more than 10 years later, 15 years later. 51:14 And so every time I go around the churches and go to the regions and see, every time we go to the stadium and see people there, I remember that day. 51:26 Because God's prophetic utterance over your life will come to pass in due season. 51:34 Please listen carefully. 51:36 The problem of many people is when they receive a prophetic utterance, to make it happen. 51:47 And so what do we do? 51:49 We try to fast track what God has told us. 51:57 Once you do that, you start trying to make that which is of the spirit to be fulfilled through carnal means. 52:06 So you end up resorting to fake things. 52:11 Get a church to grow by stealing other people's members. 52:16 Get a church to grow by coming up with fake miracles. 52:21 Because, you know, you're trying to fulfill what God told you is coming. God doesn't need our help. 52:31 If God said it, he will do it. But remember, he owns the time. 52:38 Yeah. Otherwise people then become hurried. 52:45 And they walk away from something God told them because it's not happening. But I want to encourage somebody here. I don't know what it is that God has inspired in your heart about your life. 52:57 I don't know what it is that has been spoken over your life prophetically. 53:03 The season will come. 53:06 Now, I'm not in any way suggesting passivity. 53:09 No. 53:11 I'm not saying . 53:17 There's a balance. 53:20 You've got to put yourself in an environment. 53:26 You must put yourself in a space where there's more probability. 53:33 You can't say because... 53:40 Even if he had purposed it for your life. 53:45 But at the same time, allow him to bring you into that season. 53:52 Second part is learn not to tell everybody about what God told you in private. Oh... 53:59 I'm only talking about certain things now after 43 years that I've not talked about. 54:05 Because it was premature then. 54:09 Don't do what Joseph did. God showed Joseph you're going to rule over your family. Wapapa. 54:16 He goes telling everybody, you know what happens, Wapapa? You create problems for yourself that are not necessary. 54:25 So Joseph starts going through a lot of problems. 54:31 Don Papa. Look at your neighbor and say, Don Papa. 54:39 So what God has declared prophetically will happen. I'm sorry about this. I'm going to take five more minutes. Just a bit more. 54:47 In Acts chapter 1, verse 4 to 8, and being assembled together with his disciples, he commanded them that they shouldn't leave Jerusalem, but wait. Do you see the word wait? Look at him and say, neighbor, wait. 55:01 But wait for the promise of the Father, which he says, you've heard of me. For John truly baptized with water, and you shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days from hence. 55:10 And when they therefore come together, they asked him, they said, Lord, will you at this time restore the kingdom to Israel? He said unto them, it's not for you to know the times or the seasons which the Father has put in his own power. Mara, you shall receive power after the Holy Ghost has come upon you and you shall be my witnesses. 55:32 So the disciples then, Jesus told them, go to Jerusalem and wait. So they went to Jerusalem and And for several days they busied themselves in prayer, in worship, waiting for the fulfillment of the prophecy. 55:49 And Acts chapter 2 says, And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all together in one place, and suddenly, somebody say suddenly. 56:04 The outpouring of the Spirit came suddenly. 56:08 But what they were experiencing, they heard it from Jesus, but it was first spoken by Joel. 56:18 Bible historians tell us, from the time of the prophecy that Joel came, until the fulfillment of that prophecy in Acts chapter 2, it was a period of between 800 to 850 years. 56:36 God spoke it through Joel. 56:39 The prophecy was given, but nothing was happening. 56:44 And then, here they are in the upper room, waiting, and the Bible, suddenly, somebody say suddenly. 56:53 Somebody say suddenly. 56:55 Somebody say suddenly. 56:59 What God has said about your life will come to pass. Amen. 57:06 If I may add, it will happen suddenly. 57:15 You know, sometimes people wonder, this year, why this year? 57:20 Why this year? Why this year? Why this year? Let me tell you. On God's timetable, it is the due season. It is the accepted time. It is the fullness of time. It is the appropriate time. The door is open. That's why it's happening. 57:40 But the key is to hold on to the promise of God. Amen. 57:48 If what has been spoken over your life is not happening, you don't need to pray more. You don't need to consult more profiter. You don't need to fast. You don't need to cast out the devil. Are you understanding what I'm saying? You must just put yourself in the environment of God. Busy yourself with serving God because suddenly things begin to turn. 58:12 I've told them in our meetings, I've seen certain years mocking the king. 58:17 where the church changed so much in one year. 58:22 So many things happened. We bought many buildings. Finances were good. People were coming. People were getting born again. And it was just happening. 58:31 This is one of those years, this year. 58:35 Yeah, this is one of those years. I've told them. Bishop will tell you. I told them. I said, you know, I've been in ministry long enough to have understood and learned the seasons of God. 58:48 Pastor Alana, there are seasons more than dry. 58:52 I'm telling you, you are doing all the right things, but there's nothing to show for it. 58:58 That's why it says, don't get tired. 59:03 Keep doing what you're doing. 59:06 Stay faithful. 59:08 Because God wants to see if you are more interested in his blessings than in his word. Amen. 59:17 We do all the right things. Church is not growing. People are leaving. Rumors are coming. Everything is happening. 59:30 And the problem is, it's exactly what Paul went through. 59:33 When he went through that period in his life. 59:36 Where he says, you know, there's a messenger of the devil who's buffeting me. 59:42 He says, I asked the Lord three times. 59:45 Three times. Instead of God delivering him, all that God says is, my grace is sufficient for you. 59:57 In other words, God doesn't deliver you. God doesn't take you out. God says, I will sustain you. You're not hearing. My grace is sufficient for you. 60:09 Maybe some of you, you are in that space right now. You are doing all the right things. 60:15 But there's nothing to show. 60:17 God's word says, God's grace is sufficient for you. He says, so my strength is made perfect in weakness. Paul says, when I'm weak, then I'm strong. That's when I am more dangerous. Amen. 60:38 And then all of a sudden, after we go business in two years, three years, no profit, nothing going anywhere, four years, five years. And then suddenly. But the key is, you did not give up. 61:02 And my prayer today is that someone here shouldn't give up. 61:09 On God's dream in your life. 61:13 The due season. 61:15 Is around the corner. 61:18 There are still certain areas in our lives that I haven't seen due season yet. 61:24 Yeah. 61:25 Yeah. 61:28 You know sometimes. But no you have not been sponsored. 61:37 When the farmer has sown and nothing is happening, he doesn't say Banglo India. No. It's a cycle. 61:45 There's seed time. 61:47 There's harvest time. 61:49 There's time of hard work, nothing to see. 61:52 And then the seed comes up and you seed comes and then you harvest and then you plant again, just like that. 61:59 And I see you in that space in Jesus' name. No wonder how Paul Anabua Leba Kolose said. 62:07 He said, being confident of this very thing, that he who has started a good work in you will bring into completion. 62:19 It's not going to give you a dream that is not going to stand by your side to fulfill it. Bow your heads with me, everybody, as we pray. 62:34 Hallelujah. 62:38 Our heads bowed, our eyes closed. I'm aware that we have people in the overflow hall. Nobody moving, please, as we go into this time of prayer. 62:57 Some of you, you've been invited or you've come on your own. 63:02 By however means you've come today, this might be your first visit. 63:08 This might not be your first visit. You might even be a member of the church. 63:13 But right where you are, as you've been listening to God's word, you realize something. 63:21 It all begins with knowing Christ as Savior and Lord. 63:25 That's where it starts. 63:28 Jesus to be the Savior of our lives and to come into hearts and make us God's children. That's where it all starts. 63:36 Heads bowed, eyes closed. 63:38 I want to pray for you. 63:41 I really want to pray for you. 63:43 You're here today and you look at your life. 63:47 Your life is far from God. 63:51 You're living in a way that's not pleasing to God. You've tried in your own strength to do what's right. 64:01 But even your best attempts could not sustain you. 64:06 There's no one who can live for Christ without Christ being in their lives. 64:13 I want to give you an opportunity right where you are to invite Jesus into your life. 64:22 That he should come into your heart and be the Savior and the Lord of your life. He is bowed. 64:29 Eyes closed, please. 64:30 Right where you are. 64:32 This hall, in the overflow hall. 64:36 If you say, Bishop, please pray for me. 64:40 My life is not right before God. I want Jesus to come into my heart. 64:46 If that is you today and you need prayer, would you raise your hand, please? I want to pray for you. 64:54 Thank you for those hands. Raise it high.
